Razvitie Group purchased an estate near Pskov, Russia

December 21, 2017 — Razvitie Group made a deal on the purchase of an estate with hunting grounds in Pskov Oblast, Russia. The overall area of the estate is more than 0.02 sq. miles. Being located near Molodi village, the hunting grounds extend for more than 290 sq. miles.

The investors plan to build a modern recreational complex on the premises: a hotel, a tourist center, and entertainment infrastructure. Region’s abundant nature and outstanding ecology combined with modern design and construction technologies will attract both residents of neighboring regions and the Baltic States nearby.

Also, the holding company intends to develop new business lines on the acquired premises, in particular, to establish a farm.
