«LENGIDROTECH» conducted a comprehensive ecological restoration of ponds in Kolpino

Large-scale works on cleaning the Kolpino reservoirs started in 2016, when the specialists of  «LENHIDROTECH» carried out a comprehensive ecological restoration of the dam, located between the Boulevard  Trudyhayshya and  Zavodsky Prospekt.

2017 was held for the city under the informal motto «clean ponds». Environmental specialists cleared the channel between the Park of  Pionerov and the Park of the 40th Anniversary of the Komsomol. From the bottom of the park ponds were raised tons of debris, which accumulated there for decades. These are natural sediments of silt, and accumulation from annual discharges of fallen foliage, and household rubbish.

From April to June 2018 specialists of  «LENGIDROTEH» carried out bank protection works and works on improvement of adjacent territories of parks, during this time, the mouths of drainage ditches flowing into the channels were cleared, surface coastal slopes were restored, lawns and parked rammed tracks were restored.
