Razvitie Group acquired LENGIDROTEKH LLC

March 1, 2018 — Razvitie Group launched a new business direction through the acquisition of LENGIDROTEKH, a Saint Petersburg-based holding company.

LENGIDROTEKH LLC is mainly engaged in dredging and bank protection. The company owns a unique fleet of vessels to work on water bodies.

The holding company intends to develop the new business unit in Russia’s regions, as well as use LENGIDROTEKH’s capacities and fleet to run Razvitie Group’s integrated projects jointly with its other subsidiaries.
